Purchasing with ICUBE

How can I purchase the product?
We provide a "shopping cart" style online ordering system at our site.  Simply add the products you want to buy into the shopping cart and submit your order to us.

Can you ship to (country)?
We ship to most countries except: Egypt, Nigeria, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey.

How long is the waiting time to get my products?
When you add the product in your shopping cart, there is product availability information that indicates the processing time.  The total waiting time to get the product delivered to you will be the processing time plus the shipping time.  The shipping time usually take somewhere between 2 to 7 days*.  (* varies depend on the shipping origination and the custom clearance time)

How about the pre-order and the back-ordered products?
When a product is mark as a pre-order, we will contact you separately for those products.  Usually we need some kind of deposit to "reserve" your pre-order products.  As for products that are marked as "back-ordered", our system will automatically store your contact info into our "notification list".  When the product becomes available again, we will notify you.

Warranties, Exchanges and Returns

What kind of warranty and support do I get?
All our products carries the original manufacturer warranty.  However, not all local service centers honor that warranty.  Most of the time, we have to ship the products back to the origin countries to get the repair.  For all our sub-notebooks, we provide one year free shipment to and from our Japan service center on the top of the original warranty you get.  We will try to assist you with the problems first through phone or email support before deciding whether you need to send your products to the service center. Please refer to our terms and conditions for complete information regarding the warranty and support.

What is your exchange and return policy?
All sales are final. No returns are accepted. However, within 5 days after you receive your products, you may exchange the products.  There will be 20% restocking fee for product exchanges. You have to pay for all the shipping cost and the products have to be returned to us in the new condition by using 2nd Day service of any major carriers (FedEx,UPS,DHL and airborne). Please refer to our terms and conditions for complete information regarding our return and exchange policy. RMA number is require for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us to obtain one.
